Who are we:

We are a boutique design and marketing studio based in India, working with clients across the world.

We primarily work with niche and founder-led brands, building identities that reflect the founder’s idea, story and values rather than forcing every brand into the same aesthetic. That means no two brands we work with look or feel the same and no two days here are either. We constantly push ourselves to work with better brands, stronger ideas and higher-quality creative.

We are not a typical agency built around templates and trends. We build rooted brands with a modern point of view, shaped by our founder’s experience of living and working between India and the UK.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands premium/luxury brands and breathes social media.
- Understands social media strategy, trends and analytics.
- Is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
- Has working knowledge of Canva and CapCut or other relevant design and editing software.




- Is based in Delhi NCR or nearby.
- 1/2 years of experience

Responsibilities

- Create monthly content calendars based on trends, brand themes and past performance.
- Plan monthly mobile-shot/Reel content if required.
- Track brand performance weekly and prepare monthly reports with learnings for the next calendar.
- Coordinate with designers and clients for timely creatives, revisions and approvals.
- Manage scheduling timelines with interns/junior team members without constant follow-ups.
- Support with design and video edits in case of workload.
- Write captions/hashtags/keywords to improve brand visibility.
- Research trends and competitors and suggest relevant content ideas.
- Attend client meetings and shoot days and be comfortable appearing on camera occasionally.
