Stipend: INR 7,000 per month, fixed. No variable or incentive component

This is a hands-on content production and community management role. The successful candidate will plan, shoot, edit and publish short-form video and static content using a mobile phone, manage day-to-day audience engagement across all channels, provide live content coverage at weekend workshops, and report weekly on performance. The intern will work directly with the founder and will own the organic social channel end to end.

The role is structured as a development position as well as a delivery one. The intern works under the mentorship of a senior digital marketing practitioner, gaining supervised exposure to social media strategy, campaign planning,



content performance analysis and the wider digital marketing function. The intention is that the intern leaves with demonstrable, supervised experience across organic social and digital marketing, not only with a portfolio of published content.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/masters degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrable experience creating social media content, evidenced by a portfolio, personal account, page or channel. Follower count is not a criterion.
- Proficiency in mobile video editing using CapCut, InShot, VN or an equivalent application.
- Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and Facebook as publishing platforms.
- Robust written communication in English, with the ability to write natural, conversational copy. Working fluency in Hindi or Marathi.
- Familiarity with Canva or an equivalent template-based design tool.
- Ability to work independently, manage a weekly schedule and meet publishing deadlines without daily supervision.
- Availability to work on-site in Nagpur, Monday to Saturday, including mandatory Saturday workshop coverage.
- Access to a smartphone capable of shooting and editing video.
