About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creation Intern to manage and grow our presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, an understanding of social media trends, and hands-on skills in graphic designing, video editing, and content creation. You will be involved in the entire content process — from ideation and designing to editing, publishing, and analysing performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Ideate and develop engaging content based on current social media trends and brand objectives.
- Create Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, posters, and other social media creatives.
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and other digital platforms.
- Design visually appealing social media creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
- Write or assist with captions, content descriptions, and creative copy.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Schedule and publish content across different platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, audio, hashtags, and content styles.
- Monitor engagement and basic social media analytics and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with the team to understand campaigns, events, products, and other content requirements.
- Experiment with new content ideas and formats to improve reach and engagement.





Requirements
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Good graphic designing skills.
- Good video editing skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar software.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, colour, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to identify and leverage social media trends.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio of previous designs, videos, Reels, social media work, or other creative projects will be an advantage.
