- Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.), including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Social Media Scheduling: Help schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely and engaging interactions with followers.
- Campaign Support: Assist with the planning and execution of social media campaigns, promotions, and giveaways.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and help prepare reports on engagement, growth, and performance.
- Trend Research: Stay up to date on social media trends, hashtags, and industry best practices, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the brand’s presence.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside the content, marketing, and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure that all social media posts and responses align with the brand’s voice, tone, and values.
