Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSM Administrator to support and administer our ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, Field Service Management, scheduling, mobile workflows, inventory management, and dispatcher operations.

This role will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing the ServiceNow FSM platform to ensure efficient field-service operations and maximize technician productivity.

CSA and CIS-Field Service Management certifications are mandatory for this position.

Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow Platform Administration

- Administer, maintain, configure, and support the ServiceNow FSM environment.
- Perform day-to-day platform administration, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, releases, patches, and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and resolve configuration or operational issues.

Dispatcher Workspace
- Configure and support Dispatcher Workspace.
- Troubleshoot dispatcher-related issues and optimize task assignment workflows.
- Configure scheduling and assignment functionality to improve technician utilization and productivity.

Mobile Agent Support
- Configure and support the ServiceNow Mobile Agent application for field technicians.
- Optimize mobile workflows, forms, and user experiences.
- Support offline functionality and workflows for technicians working in environments with limited connectivity.

Field Service Data & Workflows
- Manage work orders, work order tasks, task dependencies, assignment rules, and related FSM data.
- Configure and maintain territory planning and technician assignment.
- Support dynamic scheduling and field-service optimization.
- Troubleshoot workflow and process-related issues.

Inventory & Logistics




- Configure and maintain parts management and inventory processes.
- Manage stockrooms, inventory movements, and asset/parts transfers.
- Configure and support asset transfer and logistics rules within FSM.

Core ServiceNow Configuration
- Develop and maintain:
- UI Policies
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- Notifications
- Data policies and related platform configurations
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and implement enhancements based on business requirements.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices for configuration, security, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration.
- Robust hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
- Experience administering and configuring ServiceNow environments.
- Strong understanding of:
- Agile Scheduling
- Dispatcher Workspace
- Mobile Agent
- Map integrations
- Mobile workflows and playbooks
- Work orders and task management
- Territory planning
- Parts and inventory management
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Notifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote workplace.

Mandatory Certifications

Candidates must hold both certifications:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Field Service Management (CIS-FSM)

Both certifications are required for consideration.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow FSM implementations.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow FSM with external systems.
- Experience with field-service scheduling and technician optimization.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades and release management.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹1,800.00 per hour
