Must Have:

- Develop and configure AI Agents using ServiceNow AI Agent Studio (Yokohama/Zurich releases)
- Design and implement LLM Topics and prompt configurations
- Build and customize solutions using the Now Assist Skills Kit
- Create domain-specific AI workflows for ITSM, HRSD, and CSM use cases
- Optimize prompts, grounding, and responses for accuracy and relevance




- Integrate AI agents with workflows, knowledge base, and enterprise data sources
- Monitor AI performance and continuously improve conversation quality

Good to Have:

- Hands-on experience with Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, and LLM topic configuration
- Strong understanding of GenAI concepts, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration
- Experience with ServiceNow platform scripting (Glide, Flow Designer)
- Familiarity with knowledge grounding and contextual AI design

Essential
