nRole Overview

nWe are looking for an experienced Insurance Broking – Client Servicing / Operations

nprofessional to manage key client relationships, ensure smooth policy servicing and drive

neffective claims management.

nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate insurance broking,

nparticularly in managing SME/MSME and mid-market clients.

nKey Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end servicing for assigned corporate/SME/MSME clients.
n




- Act as the key relationship manager and primary point of contact for clients.
n
- Handle policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, documentation and client queries.
n
- Coordinate with insurers for quotations, endorsements, policy issuance and corrections.
n
- Manage and monitor claims from intimation to settlement, ensuring timely resolution.
n
- Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, surveyors and internal teams for claims resolution.
n
- Track claim status, escalations and pending documentation.
n
- Conduct regular client reviews and identify service gaps.
n
- Ensure accurate CRM, policy and claims records.
n
- Work closely with Sales/Business Development teams for renewals, cross-sell and client
n

nretention.

n● Lead or mentor servicing/operations team members, where applicable.

nIdeal Candidate

n

n
- 3–12+ years of experience in Insurance Broking / Corporate Insurance Servicing.
n
- Strong experience in client relationship management and claims handling.
n
- Experience managing GMC/GPA/GTL and/or Commercial Insurance portfolios.
n
- Strong understanding of insurance policy servicing and claims processes.
n
- Proven ability to independently manage corporate clients and escalations.
n
- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
n
- Experience with SME/MSME and mid-market clients is preferred.
n
- III/NIA certification is an advantage
