nPosition Summary

nWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, integrations, CMDB, Service Portal, and platform customization, along with experience in leading technical implementations and mentoring junior team members.

nKey Responsibilities

n

- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
n
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer workflows, Catalog Items, and Record Producers.
n
- Build custom applications using App Engine.
n
- Develop and enhance Service Portal and Employee Center components.
n
- Design and implement REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Custom Spokes, and Webhook integrations.
n
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
n
- Support CMDB implementation, governance, CSDM standards, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
n
- Lead data migration, transformation, testing (ATF), SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
n
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize ServiceNow instances.
n
- Conduct technical workshops, effort estimations, code reviews, and mentor junior consultants.
n

nRequired Experience

n

n
- 4–8 years of overall IT experience.
n




- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
n
- Experience delivering at least two end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
n
- Experience working in Agile environments.
