Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer with 6 - 8 years of expertise in Salesforce development, Service Cloud implementation, and complex enterprise integrations. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy scalable solutions that streamline customer service operations, boost agent efficiency, and deliver smooth customer support experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Service Cloud Customization : Design and configure core Service Cloud modules including Case Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, and Milestones.
- Development &
- Automation : Build scalable automation and custom solutions using Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable), Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
- Enterprise Integrations : Design and consume REST/SOAP APIs to integrate Service Cloud with ERP systems, telephony platforms, chatbots, middleware, and third-party tools.
- Security &
- Governance : Configure data security models using OWD, Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets,



and Field-Level Security (FLS).
- Analytics &
- Performance : Implement reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking while optimizing application performance and troubleshooting production issues.
- DevOps &
- Release Management : Manage deployments and version control using Change Sets, SFDX, GitHub/Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 6 - 8 years of core Salesforce development experience with focus on Service Cloud.
- Hands-on proficiency in LWC, Apex, Aura, Visualforce, and Flow Builder.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API development and enterprise system integrations.
- Robust knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and asynchronous processing.
- Solid background in CI/CD release management and SFDX toolsets.

Preferred Certifications :

- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
