- Data Management Collect maintain and manage geospatial data related to buildings

- Spatial Analysis Perform spatial analysis to identify trends assess impacts and support strategic planning initiatives for building projects

- Mapping Visualization Create high quality maps and visualizations to present building data enabling clear communication with stakeholders and decision makers

- Quality Assurance Ensure accuracy reliability on the data by implementing updates as needed

- Technical Support Provide ideas to improve best practices and innovative solutions in GIS technology

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize complex data

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross functional teams

- Ability to work within a team and project management or coordination within the building project
