- Lead a team of programmatic specialists, providing guidance and mentorship

- Develop and execute client-centric programmatic strategies, focusing on achieving KPIs and driving business growth
n
- Own client communication and relationship management, ensuring clear and consistent updates
n
- Proactively identify and pursue account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directors
n
- Leverage expertise in DV360 and other DSPs to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results
n
- Utilize MMPs and analytics platforms to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
n
- Collaborate with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign executions
n
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies
n
- Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards of quality
n
- Experience on Media Planning and Programmatic deals is must
n

nQualifications

n

- 9 to 12 years of experience in programmatic campaign management
n
- Proven experience managing and leading a team




n
- Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs
n
- Strong experience with MMPs and analytics tools
n
- Excellent client management and communication skills
n
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Solid Excel and PPT skills
n
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends, implement cutting-edge technologies, and ensure adherence to best practices to maintain high standards of quality and innovation

- Budget Management: Responsible for large scale budget management, and forecasting

- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design and implement rigorous A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize campaign performance and identify winning strategies

- Attribution Modelling: Expert knowledge of attribution modelling and it's effect on performance
