Role Description The Senior Interior Designer role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Senior Interior

Designer will lead the design and planning of salon interiors, developing functional and aesthetic spaces that reflect the HAIR RAP BY YOYO brand.

Responsibilities include conceptualizing design layouts, creating detailed drawings, selecting finishes and FF&E;, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves site visits, overseeing implementation quality, ensuring adherence to design standards,



and optimizing space for client comfort and operational efficiency.

Designer will collaborate closely with salon leadership to support brand expansion and maintain a cohesive design identity across locations.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design skills with experience in salon, retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing environments.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture coordination to create efficient, functional, and brand-aligned layouts.
- Ability to produce and review detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for contractors and vendors.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures that support both design and durability.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong project management, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate brand values into physical spaces.
- Experience leading projects from concept to completion; prior experience in a senior or lead design role is preferred.
