Experience designing and building cloud-scale distributed systems and services. Experience with microservices architectures, REST APIs, and cloud-native application development. Strong software design, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation skills. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence. Ability to independently drive complex technical initiatives from design through production. Experience leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools and automation technologies to improve engineering outcomes. Experience building Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, Authentication, Authorization, Access Governance, Provisioning, or Identity Protection solutions. Experience with enterprise security, Zero Trust, or access governance technologies. Knowledge of cloud security, privileged access management, identity lifecycle management, and modern identity protection strategies. Experience operating mission-critical services at scale. Experience driving platform modernisation and security transformation initiatives.
