/ Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the dialysis unit, ensuring all procedures are performed efficiently and safely.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the dialysis team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work setting.
- Monitor and maintain dialysis equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition and scheduling regular maintenance checks.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards related to dialysis treatment.
- Manage patient scheduling to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
- Provide emergency support during dialysis sessions, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.




- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation for all dialysis procedures and patient interactions.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care and streamline processes within the dialysis unit.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
