We are seeking an Associate Azure DevOps Engineer based in India or Thailand to design and implement reliable CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure using IaC, implement monitoring and alerting, and collaborate with clients and multicultural Agile teams. The role requires solid hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, Python automation, and infrastructure automation tools.

As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Engage with clients to gather business needs, technical requirements, and assess existing DevOps practices and infrastructure.
- Design and implement customized Azure DevOps solutions, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud infrastructure using Azure services.
- Automate infrastructure setup and configuration following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
- Provision and manage infrastructure using ARM templates, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with multicultural Agile teams across Asia, Europe, Canada, and the USA to deliver solutions.
- Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability of DevOps processes and infrastructure.

Profile Requirements For this position of Azure DevOps Engineer, we are looking for someone with:





- 6+ years of proven experience in DevOps with demonstrated success designing and implementing CI/CD workflows.
- Strong expertise in Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Test Plans, Artifacts, and Boards).
- Hands-on expertise in Python for automation, scripting, infrastructure management, and DevOps engineering tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud data tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Apache Airflow, Snowflake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Amazon Redshift.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation; knowledge of CloudFormation or ARM templates.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Bash.
- Solid understanding of core Azure services (Networking, Compute, Storage, Security).
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, responsible work ethic.
- Passion for DevOps culture: fostering collaboration between development and operations, driving automation, and optimizing processes.
