Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the Platform Manager for DealCloud, overseeing system functionality, user access, and platform enhancements
- Support deal pipeline management by reviewing transaction documents and investment committee materials to ensure accurate data capture
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs
- Enforce data quality standards and governance policies across teams and ensure consistent data updates
- Provide training and support to DealCloud users, monitor platform usage, and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and platform configurations
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Willing to travel to onsite location (middle east)

Key Competencies

- Master’s degree in Business Administration , Finance, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in CRM management, deal operations, or investment support roles.
- Hands-on experience with DealCloud or similar CRM platforms.
- Solid analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, or asset management preferred.
