About the Role

/n

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Voice to join a leading IT firm in Kochi. The role involves handling inbound calls and providing professional and efficient support to customers and employees of client organisations.

/n

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong listening skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to resolve queries effectively.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Handle inbound voice calls professionally and efficiently.

/n

- Provide customer and retail voice support.

/n

- Assist employees of client organisations with queries and requests.

/n

- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

/n

- Handle complaints and requests with patience and professionalism.

/n

- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.

/n

- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

/n





- Maintain service quality and meet defined performance standards.

/n

Candidate Requirements

/n

/n

- Plus Two or above.

/n

- Excellent spoken English — CEFR B2 level.

/n

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

/n

- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

/n

- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.

/n

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

/n

- Immediate joiners preferred.

/n

- Willingness to work rotational 9-hour shifts

/n

- (8 hours working + 1-hour break; predominantly night shifts).

/n

- Willingness to work rotational week-offs.

/n

Transportation Facility

/n

Cab transportation is available between 6:30 PM and 6:30 AM for employees residing within a 25 km radius of the office.
