SAP OTC/MM Functional Consultant

Location: Onsite + Hyderabad (India Offshore)

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, along with integration knowledge of MM, WM, and FI. The consultant will support and optimize SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments and integrations with legacy and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for end-to-end O2C processes, including sales orders, pricing, credit management, ATP, delivery, shipping, billing, and invoicing.
- Support SAP S/4HANA and ECC SD and integrations with MM, WM, FI, EDI, and logistics systems.
- Troubleshoot incidents, interface issues, IDocs, and production problems; perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, middleware, and integration teams.
- Support testing, UAT, regression testing, releases, enhancements, and deployments.




- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles while driving process improvements.
- Work with global business and IT teams and participate in on-call support as needed.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of SAP experience, with strong focus on SAP SD and O2C.
- 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Robust knowledge of sales orders, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing, and invoicing.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementation/support.
- Strong EDI and IDoc troubleshooting experience.
- Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, WM, FI, and third-party systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- ABAP debugging and SAP SD certification are preferred
