– Senior Sales Executive – Project Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for Senior Sales Executives with strong Project Sales experience in the Construction Chemicals industry, specifically in Waterproofing and Flooring solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving project sales across Delhi NCR and managing relationships with key project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive core Project Sales for Waterproofing and Flooring solutions across Delhi NCR.

- Generate project leads and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, applicators, and project clients.

- Conduct site visits, understand project requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.

- Track ongoing/upcoming projects and maintain a healthy project pipeline.





- Coordinate with technical/application teams for product demonstrations and project support.

- Achieve sales targets and develop existing/new customer accounts.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of core Project Sales experience; retail/channel sales profiles will not be considered.

- Mandatory experience in the Construction Chemicals industry.

- Experience in Waterproofing / Waterproofing Chemicals and/or Flooring solutions.

- For Flooring: Epoxy Flooring / PU Flooring / Industrial Flooring experience preferred.

- Solid network with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, applicators, and project stakeholders.

- Valuable knowledge of the Delhi NCR project/construction market.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Two-wheeler ownership is mandatory for field/project visits.
