Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone email chat and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
- Provide accurate information about products services orders and processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are successfully resolved.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/system information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
- Process requests complaints feedback and service-related documentation.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.
- Meet assigned customer service response-time and satisfaction targets.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and MS Office/CRM knowledge.
- Customer-oriented attitude and patience.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
