Position: Quality Analyst
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20$50/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Review work product against defined quality standards rubrics and guidelines.
- Identify errors inconsistencies and gaps and document them clearly.
- Provide structured actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders.
- Track quality metrics and surface recurring issues or trends.
- Help refine and improve quality processes checklists and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience in quality assurance quality control or a similar review-focused role.
- Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for errors others miss.
- Excellent written communication and the ability to give clear constructive feedback.
- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving standards in a rapid-moving environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet focused workspace.
Preferred
- Familiarity with data annotation content review or evaluation workflows.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
- Background in a domain relevant to our work (e.g. technical editorial or analytical).
