- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products services and store policies in a timely and professional manner

- Process customer transactions returns and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and patience
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in accordance with company procedures
- Support store operations by assisting with merchandising inventory checks and store organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service delivery
- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in retail customer service or a related customer-facing role (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a rapid-paced retail environment
- Cash handling experience and familiarity with payment processing
- Demonstrated patience empathy and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and product information relevant to the organization
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
