Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced M365 Support / Microsoft 365 Transition Lead to join our team in Singapore for a long-term engagement.

You will lead the smooth transition and support of key Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online Exchange Server Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive and Viva Engage .

This role is ideal for a hands-on M365 professional who enjoys solving technical issues working with global teams and making sure users have a stable and secure Microsoft 365 workplace.

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end transition of Microsoft 365 services into the support environment.
- Support and manage Exchange Online and Exchange Server environments.
- Provide support for Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive and Viva Engage .
- Plan and manage transition activities knowledge transfer and service onboarding.
- Create clear SOPs runbooks support guides and governance documents .
- Act as an M365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) and guide teams on best practices.
- Ensure services are ready before handing them over to the BAU support team.
- Work with global teams clients stakeholders and service providers.
- Track and manage risks issues dependencies and transition plans .
- Help maintain service quality while keeping business disruption to a minimum.
- Support Entra ID (Azure AD) DLP Conditional Access security and compliance activities.
- Validate support models SLAs processes and operational readiness.
- Prepare transition reports governance updates and regular status communications.




- Support continuous improvement of M365 services and support processes.

Qualifications

- 8 10 years of overall IT experience with robust experience in Microsoft 365 support.
- Strong hands-on support experience with:
- Exchange Online
- Exchange Server
- Microsoft Teams
- OneDrive
- SharePoint Online
- Viva Engage
- Experience in M365 transition migration service onboarding or BAU handover .
- Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) .
- Knowledge of DLP Conditional Access security and compliance .
- Experience creating SOPs runbooks knowledge documents and support processes .
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with global teams and multiple stakeholders .
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage transition activities risks and deadlines independently.
- Candidates with strong support-level experience rather than only project or implementation experience are preferred.
