Role: DIRECTOR – SALES (INDIA & APAC)

We’re looking for a senior enterprise sales leader to drive India & APAC growth for a fast-scaling Warehouse Automation & Robotics company.
The profile we’re looking for:
- 15–18+ years of experience in enterprise / solution sales
- Strong background in Warehouse Automation, Robotics, Intralogistics, Material Handling, Industrial Automation or Supply Chain Technology
- Proven track record of hunting and closing large enterprise deals
- Experience owning significant revenue targets and building high-performing sales teams
- India + APAC / multi-country sales exposure
- Robust CXO-level selling and commercial negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel 40–50%
Location: Pune
CTC: As per market standards can stretch beyond 1cr for the right person
