Role Description The Sales and Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring smooth operational execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and effective service coordination. The role oversees order processing, production scheduling alignment, and delivery coordination to meet project timelines and quality standards.

The Sales and Operations Manager will analyze sales and operational data to optimize processes, manage inventory and logistics in collaboration with internal teams,



and support forecasting and budgeting activities. This role also involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows, resolve escalations, and contribute to strategic planning for the region.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills with experience in coordinating production, logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Analytical Skills to interpret sales, operational, and market data for decision-making and performance improvement.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Proven experience in sales or operations management, preferably in construction materials, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, ERP systems, and basic data analysis software to manage accounts and operations.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai and engage regularly with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
