Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retail partners, and promoting the company’s tea products in target markets. The specialist will plan and execute marketing activities, support promotional campaigns, and gather market insights to inform sales strategies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service, preparing sales reports,



and participating in training or product presentations. The role requires close collaboration with production, logistics, and management to align sales and marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and manage accounts or territories.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support product knowledge sessions and help develop sales practices within the team.
- Additional beneficial skills include basic marketing knowledge, negotiation abilities, and proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Relevant experience in FMCG or food and beverages, preferably in tea or related products, is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work in office and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
