Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Robot Programmer role based in Gurugram.

The Robot

Programmer will configure, program, and test industrial robots for BIW and related manufacturing applications, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation. Daily responsibilities include developing and optimizing robotic routines, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and collaborating with engineers and technicians during installation and commissioning.



The role involves interpreting technical drawings and process requirements, creating documentation for programs and workflows, and implementing improvements to cycle times, accuracy, and overall system performance.

The Robot

Programmer will also support ongoing maintenance, updates, and training to keep robotic systems aligned with client needs and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa,Kawasaki, Nachi) and associated tooling, including setup, calibration, and optimization.

- Knowledge of robotics, automation, and BIW processes, including welding, assembly, and material handling operations.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, process layouts, and safety standards relevant to manufacturing automation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and commitment to safety.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients in office.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and travel to client locations as project needs require.
