I am looking for a Research Assistant to support an ongoing research project on AI and career decision-making at Univeristy of Cambridge The role will involve supporting different stages of the research, including:

- Conducting literature reviews and identifying relevant academic research
- Supporting the analysis and interpretation of study data
- Assisting with academic writing and development of the research paper
- Preparing research summaries, tables, and related material

Applicants should have some prior research experience, ideally through a Master's thesis, PhD research, or another substantial academic research project.

A background in Marketing, Management, Behavioural Science, Psychology, Economics, or a related area would be practical. Experience with quantitative analysis and statistical software such as R, or Python would be an advantage.
