Screening the resumes based on competency and skills. Analyse the candidates on the basis of their profile and personal attributes.
Attending telephonic calls regarding job vacancies prepares and analyses the recruitment status, etc. Place advertisements in job portals and send mass emails. Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle.
Follow up with the candidate to make sure the prospective offer is converted into a closure.
