Role RequirementsLocation -PuneGeneral Accounting - Manager & Senior ManagerRecord-to-Report / General AccountingTeam Size -100+Shift - UK shift (starts at 2 pm)Purpose of the Role:- C.A., B.COM. / M.COM./ICWA with 8-15 years of experience with expert understanding of Record-to-Report operations and capability to lead Record-to-Report service delivery activities- Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned Record-to-Report processes- Support Record-to-Report service delivery by ensuring compliance with operational procedures and effectively leading team executionKey Functional Responsibilities:- Lead Finance and Accounting client and handle R2R - Focus on Reporting, General Ledger Entries, Intercompany, Reconciliation Fixed assets and Cash and Bank management etc- Manage client engagements / contracts across geographies - Operations support for establishing processes,



metrics identifications and reporting- SLA adherence- Build and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making- Run career development activities for team members including performance management, feedback and training- Drive transformation projects- Responsible to drive productivity and efficiency per contractual requirement- Lead operational and governance calls with client and Wipro leadership as required- Build backup and cross training plans and ensure they are implemented and revisited regularlyEssential Hiring Skills:- Solid F&A; knowledge- Strong communication,- Advanced excel Knowledge- Strong Overall knowledge of RTR,- Strong knowledge of Upstream and downstream RTR- Strong knowledge of RTR Improvement and transformation projects- SAP S/4 Hana ERP exposure & good excel knowledge- People management experience- Client stakeholder management skill- Exposure and experience in one or multiple RTR tools
