We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate with 3–5 years of experience in the AEC industry to support the development, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the organization's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).

The successful candidate will work closely with project, design, engineering, BIM, operations, and management teams to ensure that organizational processes are documented, implemented, monitored, and continuously improved in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and applicable AEC industry standards.

The role will also support the organization in preparing for and successfully completing ISO 9001:2015 certification and subsequent surveillance audits.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with organizational requirements and applicable ISO standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, organizational requirements, and applicable ISO 9001 standards.
- Review, update, and implement QMS documentation, procedures, SOPs, templates, and process controls to ensure effectiveness and consistency.
- Monitor overall process performance, identify gaps and risks, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, document audit findings, and drive timely closure of non-conformities through effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformities and recurring issues and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Coordinate and support external audits, certification, and surveillance audit processes.
- Collect, analyse, and act upon customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor, analyse, and report trends in key quality metrics and performance indicators,



recommending actionable improvements.
- Prepare and present QMS/IMS performance metrics and improvement updates during management review and other management meetings.
- Drive continual improvement initiatives across quality and operational processes.
- Maintain appropriate quality documentation and records to ensure traceability and compliance.

Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
- Quality-focused and process-oriented approach.
- Strong internal audit planning and execution skills.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and CAPA management.
- Experience in process mapping, SOP development, and process documentation.
- Strong document and records management skills.
- Ability to analyse quality data, identify trends, and prepare performance reports.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and collaboration skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement practical improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management within the AEC industry.
- Certified Lead Auditor – ISO 9001:2015
- Experience in developing and implementing management system frameworks, preferably ISO-compliant
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
