Role Overview:

As a Technical Architect, you will serve as a pivotal leader in designing and delivering sophisticated AI-driven solutions using Python. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and high-performance technical execution, working closely with cross-functional teams, data scientists, and senior client stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves overseeing the end-to-end architecture of scalable systems, ensuring that AI models are not only innovative but also production-ready and integrated seamlessly into cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end system architecture and design for complex Python-based AI applications to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Define technical roadmaps and solution designs that align with client business objectives, ensuring the successful deployment of AI/ML models in production environments.
- Mentor engineering teams by establishing best practices in coding, system design,



and cloud-native development to elevate the overall technical capability of the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured technical requirements and actionable project plans.
- Oversee the integration of AI components with existing enterprise ecosystems, ensuring high availability and performance optimization across distributed cloud architectures.
- Drive technical governance and code quality standards to mitigate risks and ensure the long-term sustainability of digital platforms.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Python development and the architectural design of large-scale, distributed systems within cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Possess a proven ability to design and implement AI/ML pipelines, with a focus on model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.
- Showcase a track record of managing and leading high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.
- Maintain a high degree of adaptability to work in a distributed, global environment, managing projects across various time zones and client cultures.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, supported by 9 - 16 years of professional experience in software architecture and technology management.
