nKey Responsibilities

nCommercial & Contract Tracking

n

- Track SOW, invoices, renewals, COLA cycles, and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
n

nFinancial Reporting

n

n
- Consolidate BU inputs and maintain clear, consistent monthly financial views.
n

nStakeholder Coordination (Internal & External)

n

n
- Partner with BU PMOs and customer supplier stakeholders to drive actions, alignment, and closure.
n

nGovernance Execution

n

n
- Prepare governance packs and track actions through to completion.
n

nCentral Account Tracking

n

n
- Maintain a unified tracker across financials, contracts, actions, and milestones.
n

nDemand & Visibility Management

n

n
- Support tracking of demand requests, capacity visibility, and account-level insights.
n

nKey Skills

n

n
- Strong coordination and execution discipline.
n
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
n
- Understanding of financial and contract lifecycle tracking.
n




- Familiarity with AI and automation tools to:
n
- Improve reporting efficiency.
n
- Automate repetitive tasks.
n
- Generate insights from fragmented data.
n
