What you will be responsible for

- Own assigned initiatives, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues through delivery
n
- Track benefits realization and delivery outcomes across the product portfolio, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value and support operational efficiency objectives
n
- Leverage deep understanding of Agency Lending / Securities Borrowing and Lending (SBL) Collateral Management across multiple asset classes
n
- Partner with Risk to proactively manage processing risk and embed appropriate controls
n
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure aligned and effective product delivery
n
- Define business problems and design solutions through detailed process mapping and analysis using tools such as DrawIO
n
- Assess end‐to‐end processes to reduce manual touchpoints, eliminate bottlenecks, and strengthen controls
n
- Establish close connections with business partners to assess process and system enhancement opportunities and understand business requirements.
n
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs
n
- Define, measure, and track KPIs and KRIs across key milestones
n
- Manage project plans and milestone delivery to ensure deadlines are clearly defined and met
n
- Coordinate activities across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups
n
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues,



driving timely decision‐making and progress to resolution
n
- Act as a liaison across workstreams to drive alignment on plans, status, and risk reporting
n
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet business requirements and support successful releases
n
- Support strategic initiatives, technology enhancements, and ad hoc requests
n
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across the Operations user base
n
- Establish forums for ongoing engagement with stakeholders, acting as the point of contact for product related questions and ongoing collaboration
n
- Communicate program and project status to senior management and stakeholders on a regular and ad hoc basis
n

nEducation & Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- 10+ years of experience in Financial or Asset Services as a program manager or product owner, delivering high‐impact, cross‐functional initiatives across global teams and business units
n
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, or an equivalent field
n
- Solid understanding of risk management, controls, and controls design frameworks
n
- Solid knowledge of the institutional marketplace, asset classes, and investment product offerings
n
- Professional certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean, or Change Management are preferred
