Mind Meadow provides early intervention and holistic management for a range of developmental, behavioral, and emotional challenges, including autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, and conduct disorders. A collaborative team of psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, special educators, and speech therapists works together to create data-driven, individualized intervention plans for each child.
Role Description The Process Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for supporting and optimizing operational workflows across Mind Meadow’s clinical and administrative functions. This role involves mapping and documenting processes, monitoring daily activities, identifying bottlenecks, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and parent training modules.
The Process
Coordinator will track key performance indicators, support quality initiatives, and assist in implementing process improvements that enhance service efficiency and client experience.
Daily tasks include scheduling and coordination between professionals, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports for management, and ensuring adherence to established policies and protocols. The role also requires transparent communication with internal stakeholders, proactive problem-solving, and consistent follow-up to keep projects and operational tasks on track.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data, metrics, and process performance indicators.
- Experience in Business Process Improvement and workflow optimization within service-oriented or healthcare-related settings.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, tracking milestones, and managing timelines.
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles and practices to support consistent, high-standard service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort with basic digital tools, documentation systems, and reporting in spreadsheets or project management software.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, education, or child development setting is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate sensitivity when dealing with children and families.
