- Should be able to involve with Business Applications Managers to investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, using methodical and consistent techniques.
- Investigate operational requirements and problems, contributing to improvements.
- Specify information flows, processes/procedures that will meet the business requirements.
- Document work, take part in user meetings and assist in presenting issues and solutions both orally and in writing.
- Ensure that documentation of requirements, or any information about changes to systems are communicated to relevant teams.Raising purchase orders when required.
- Assist in the raising Project Request forms, including relevant cost centres, if required.
- Manage suppliers and liaise with Project Managers and suppliers to query costs and /or confirm payment.
