Role Description
The Founding Sales Partner is a full-time, remote role responsible for building and growing PARLEN’s client base among law firms, boutique practices, and corporate legal departments. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting discovery conversations to understand legal support needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with PARLEN’s versatile engagement model.
The role involves managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closing, as well as maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts to drive retention and expansion. The Founding Sales Partner will collaborate closely with leadership to refine go-to-market strategy, develop sales collateral, and provide feedback on service offerings based on client interactions. This role is expected to set the foundation for scalable sales processes and help define best practices for future sales hires.
Qualification
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally within legal services, professional services, or SaaS.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing complex deals.
