About the Organisation:
Tripare is a B2B AI-powered business travel platform helping companies manage corporate travel, bookings, expenses and the overall travel experience from one place. We are a growing product team, and we’re looking for engineers who like working close to the product and are comfortable taking a feature from requirement to production.

About the role
: This is a backend-heavy Full Stack role. Your work will be roughly 70% backend and 30% frontend.

You’ll primarily work with
Node.js, TypeScript and REST APIs
, while also contributing to our React.js application. You’ll be involved in building new features as well as improving existing ones as the product scales.

What you’ll be doing
:
- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Develop REST APIs and the business logic behind different product features.
- Implement secure API authentication and authorization, including role-based access controls.
- Work with database designs and write productive queries.
- Design and evolve database schemas,



migrations and indexes as product requirements change.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services wherever required.
- Build and operate asynchronous jobs, queues and background processing for reliable workflows.
- Build and improve frontend features using React.js.
- Fix bugs and production issues and understand the root cause rather than just applying quick fixes.
- Review code and contribute to keeping the codebase clean and maintainable.
- Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and decide the right technical approach.
- Contribute to improving application performance and scalability.
- Improve application observability through structured logging, metrics, tracing and actionable alerts.
- Participate in deployments, debugging and day-to-day engineering discussions.

What we’re looking for
