Job Description:

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Plant Finance Opex

Qualification: CA/CMA
Experience: 47 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly Plant MIS reports, including performance, cost, and variance analysis.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and track savings from Plant OPEX improvement programs.
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting support, and monitor key financial controls across plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, processes, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with plant operations, procurement, and corporate finance teams for effective decision-making.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide financial insights to support business objectives.

Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills.
- Positive understanding of manufacturing finance and plant operations.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial modelling.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
