Frenesi is a fast-growing, fashion-first women’s e-commerce brand. We are looking for an ambitious fresher to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the founder across creative, e-commerce, marketing and daily business operations.

This is a high-learning, hands-on role for someone who wants to understand how a fashion brand is built from the inside.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the founder with daily priorities, follow-ups, meetings, calendars and deadlines.
- Support creative work including moodboards, campaign references, social-media ideas, captions, shoot coordination and presentations.
- Learn and assist with e-commerce activities such as Shopify updates, product uploads, collection checks, website testing and customer feedback tracking.
- Research fashion trends, competitors, creators, new launches and brand opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, influencers, photographers and freelancers.
- Maintain task trackers, meeting notes,



reports and action lists.
- Support marketing, operations, customer experience and launch-day requirements as needed.
- Take ownership of small projects and ensure work is completed on time.

Who We’re Looking For
- Candidates with 0–2 year of experience may apply.
- A graduate or final-year student who can work full-time from our Mohali office.
- Strong interest in fashion, e-commerce, branding, content and social media.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic comfort with Canva, Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn is essential.
- Someone who follows through, notices details and does not wait to be told every next step.
