1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Brand & Marketing Manager will be responsible for building Gosattva into a strong, premium and trusted dairy and traditional-food brand.

The role combines:

**Brand Building + Digital Marketing + Content + Performance Marketing + D2C + Customer Retention + Agency Management**

The manager will be responsible not only for marketing activity but for delivering measurable business results.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Brand Strategy
- Develop Gosattva's overall brand strategy
- Define target customer segments
- Develop brand positioning and messaging
- Maintain consistent brand communication
- Develop product positioning for milk, ghee and future products
- Monitor competitors and market trends
- Identify current marketing opportunities
B. Content & Social Media
- Prepare monthly content calendars




- Develop Reel concepts and scripts
- Coordinate photo/video shoots
- Manage social media agencies/creators
- Develop educational, emotional and conversion-focused content
- Build Gosattva's founder/farm story
- Increase meaningful engagement and brand awareness
C. Performance Marketing
- Coordinate Meta and Google campaigns
- Set campaign objectives and budgets
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversion rates
- Identify high-performing creatives
- Conduct A/B testing
- Improve landing-page and advertising performance
- Scale profitable campaigns
D. D2C & E-commerce
- Develop Gosattva's D2C customer acquisition strategy
- Improve website conversion
- Develop offers and bundles
- Increase average order value
- Improve repeat purchase rate
- Coordinate Amazon and other marketplaces
- Develop Pan-India customer acquisition strategy
E. Influencer & UGC
- Build influencer database
- Identify relevant
