Key Responsibilities
- Manage jewellery stock inward, outward, transfers, and returns.
- Maintain accurate records of item codes, quantity, weight, and purity.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Store teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly stock reports and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure proper tagging, documentation, and protected handling of jewellery.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery stock/inventory preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Honest, organized, and responsible with high-value stock.
