Responsibilities -

1. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, advertising, promotions and on-ground activations.
2. Work with creative teams to develop impactful brand communication.
3. Partner with product development teams on new product launches.
4. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, pricing and competitor activities.
5. Track brand performance and identify growth opportunities.
6. Collaborate with pan-India sales teams on launches, placements and performance tracking.
7. Prepare and present brand performance reports to key stakeholders.

Requirements -

1.



12 years of experience as an Assistant Brand Manager, preferably in FMCG.
2. Graduate/Undergraduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution with relevant experience.
3. Strong MS Excel and business presentation skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
