Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Engineer who is having experience in Cyber security domains with focus on Cryptography for Enterprise & Cloud, and a solid foundation in Business Logics skills. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in any Information security tools such as ncipher /Luna HSMs ,Payshield , Cipher Trust Manager, Fortanix,AWS Cert Manager. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing the Security Tools platform mainly for Encryption and Tokenization within the Data Security function in the bank.
- Responsible for identification, assessment and resolution of incidents/ change request within SLA and recurring problem management.
- Proactively monitoring and maintenance of the tool's platform.
- Accountability for tools technology refresh/ system upgrades and project implementation within BAU support scope
- Obsolescence and estate hygiene management
- Liaise with vendor and engineering teams where required to address technical issues with the tools
- Ability to self-direct and work independently when necessary, and clearly articulate technical concepts/ issues to both technical and non-technical peers and management
- Contribute to overall supported tools process improvements and documentation
- Able to perform system administration operation duties, which will require having a non-traditional working hour
- Performing user acceptance testing and obtain signoff
- Adoption of DevOps and industry standards and practices for Security Production support Strategy
