Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented, and eloquent Female Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Pune. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospective clients over the phone, understand their property requirements, pitch our premium residential/commercial projects, and schedule site visits for our field sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Engagement: Make outbound calls to property seekers from verified databases and digital marketing campaigns.
- Project Pitching: Educate potential customers about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, configurations, location advantages, and pricing.
- Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and local home buyers.
- Appointment Scheduling: Successfully filter interested prospects and book site visits for the direct sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date log of all customer interactions, feedback,



and pipeline status in the CRM software.
- Follow-ups: Keep a rigorous and professional follow-up schedule with warm leads to maximize conversions.

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: Minimum 3-6 months in real estate sales.
- Language Proficiency: Decent fluency in English and Hindi. Capability to speak Marathi is a highly valued advantage for the Pune local market.
- Communication Skills: Excellent convincing, negotiation, and telephone etiquette.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic computer proficiency, including hands-on experience with MS Excel and data sorting.
- Attitude: A target-driven, resilient individual who can comfortably manage sales pressures and objection handling.
