Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend applications using Python.
- Design and build APIs, microservices, and business modules.
- Contribute to Payroll, Workforce Management, and Accounting modules.
- Work on AI-powered features and intelligent business automation.
- Develop database models and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Mobile, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Build secure and maintainable enterprise-grade software componen
