B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our growing sales team.

As an SDR, your primary responsibility is to
create qualified sales opportunities
by reaching out to B2B prospects, speaking with decision-makers, understanding their basic business needs, qualifying potential opportunities, and booking meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to targeted B2B prospects
- Contact
50–70 new prospects per day
- Speak with founders, CEOs, business owners, and decision-makers
- Introduce Meridian Sales and start meaningful business conversations
- Ask qualifying questions to understand the prospect's current sales process and challenges
- Identify prospects who may benefit from Meridian Sales
- Book qualified meetings with interested decision-makers
- Follow up with prospects who request a callback or show interest
- Confirm scheduled meetings to improve attendance
- Update all call outcomes, follow-ups,



and meeting details in the CRM
- Maintain consistent daily and weekly prospecting activity

Your Main Goal

Call → Qualify → Book Qualified Meeting

You are responsible for generating qualified opportunities for our sales team. The sales team will handle the discovery call, proposal, negotiation, and closing.

Previous experience in B2B sales, cold calling, telecalling, inside sales, appointment setting, or business development is a plus.
