Role Description

This is a
remote Sales & Marketing Intern
role at Hawzu, focused primarily on helping us build our early B2B sales pipeline.

You’ll work directly with the founding team on
prospect research, lead generation, LinkedIn and email outreach, lead qualification, customer conversations, demos, and follow-ups
. You’ll also support sales collateral, CRM management, and selected marketing and content initiatives.

This is an early-stage role, so you won’t be limited to a predefined playbook.



You’ll have the chance to experiment with different approaches to finding and engaging potential customers and learn how B2B SaaS companies build their first customer pipeline.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to
B2B SaaS sales, customer discovery, outbound GTM, and startup operations
, while working closely with the product and founding team.

Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable reaching out to people you don’t already know
- Proactive, curious, and willing to experiment
- Interest in
B2B sales, SaaS, startups, or technology
- Ability to research companies and identify relevant prospects and decision-makers
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM, or sales tools is a plus
- Good organization and follow-through when managing prospects and follow-ups
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
