Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing product information, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable jewellery.
- Explain jewellery designs, product features, quality, making charges, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Demonstrate and present jewellery collections effectively to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Maintain proper presentation and display of jewellery products.
- Ensure jewellery is handled carefully and securely during customer interactions.




- Coordinate with the billing and showroom team to ensure a smooth customer purchase experience.
- Follow showroom policies and maintain professional grooming and behaviour.
- Maintain customer details and support customer follow-up when required.

Requirements
- 14 years of experience in jewellery sales / retail sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Robust sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, gold, diamonds, and jewellery terminology is an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer needs and confidently recommend products.
- Willingness to work towards sales targets.
- Good grooming and professional presentation.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
