Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Corporate Sales Manager to lead Tavaasa's corporate sales function in Dehradun, spanning corporate gifting, festive gifting, and coffee supply. This is a player-manager role. You will personally drive high-value corporate tie-ups through cold calling, field visits, and closing, while also leading the CRM team that supports lead tracking and pipeline management for the function.

Key Responsibilities

● Team leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor the CRM team, ensuring accurate lead capture, timely follow-ups, and clean pipeline data across all sales activity.





● CRM ownership: Set and enforce standards for lead entry, assignment, and status tracking; own the CRM process end-to-end for the function.

● Lead generation: Personally cold call corporates, offices, and institutions in Dehradun to build a pipeline of prospects for corporate gifting, festive gifting, and coffee supply tie-ups.

● Field visits: Visit generated leads in person to pitch, present, and negotiate tie-ups.

● Conversion: Own the full sales cycle from first call to signed agreement, and convert leads into active corporate accounts.

● Seasonal planning: Build a festive-season pipeline in advance (Diwali, Current Year, and other key gifting windows) to capture time-bound corporate gifting demand.

● Reporting: Consolidate and present weekly sales and CRM performance, own and team, to leadership.

● Handover: Coordinate with operations/fulfilment teams post-conversion for smooth order
